We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That’s why we offer a 7-day guarantee on all used banjos. If your banjo arrives with unexpected issues affecting its playability (such as broken tuners, damaged frets, or an unplayable neck), you can return it for a full refund.

What This Guarantee Covers:

✔️ The banjo arrives in non-working condition (e.g., unplayable neck, broken tuners).
✔️ Unexpected structural damage not shown or described in the product listing.

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover:

❌ Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dings, or finish marks (expected with used instruments).
❌ Issues related to setup preferences (e.g., string height, personal tone adjustments).

How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us Within 7 Days

• If you believe your banjo qualifies for a return, email us at benjobanjomusic@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

2️⃣ Return the Banjo in Its Original Condition

• The banjo must be returned in the same condition it was received.

• All original parts (e.g., tuners, bridge, tailpiece) must be included.

3️⃣ Return Shipping

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the banjo is faulty.

• The banjo must be shipped with tracking and insurance for protection.

4️⃣ Inspection & Refund

• Once we receive and inspect the banjo, we’ll issue a full refund within 3 business days if it qualifies under this policy.

Banjo Adventures GOLD Membership

If a refund is issued under this guarantee, your Banjo Adventures GOLD membership will also be removed.
